Housegroon - Refund Policy These Refund Policy guidelines are in addition and are to be read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Policy and any other Terms of Use or Guidelines connected with the use of the Platform.

By using the Platform as well as this Program, you explicitly agree to be bound by the Terms provided therein. Housegroom (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") takes pride in the services delivered by it and guarantees your satisfaction with our services and support. We constantly improve and strive to deliver the best of the services through the Platform. In the unlikely event of you not being completely satisfied with the Platform, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation or provide a refund. However, a refund shall be made only after the cancellation request has been processed. The Company shall not be liable for refund to any User in the following circumstances:

i. Due to occurrence of impossible and unavoidable circumstance (i.e. force majeure) i. If it does not come within the criteria of refund provided by the Company

Eligibility for Refund: A User can request for a refund in the following circumstances only:

a. All requests for refund shall be submitted within 10 days of availing/requesting the service from the Platform

b. Following the receipt of confirmation of payment from their respective Bank with regards to the transaction made on the Platform, the ‘Active Contacts’ of the User is not activated.

c. When the User is not able to find the Help they were trying to avail from the Platform, for the following reasons: i. No one from the User’s Contacts came for the interview, ii. None of the Contacts were available for work.

d. Customer is liable for a refund if he claims so with 2 days of subscription without viewing any contacts.

Refund Process: In order to request for a refund, the User needs to ensure that the following steps are followed: a. Requests shall be with regards to the eligible categories only (as mentioned above). b. Submit your Transaction Details (Your Name as per our records, Order No, Job type, Amount Paid, Date of Transaction & Reason for Refund and e-mail it to refund@housegroom.com (mailto:refund@housegroom.com) . c. Once the request for refund is submitted, our representative would get in touch with the User for any further details, if required. If all the required information is in place, our representative would get in touch with every individual whose contacts were activated in your ‘Active Contacts’ list. Once the representatives are done with the validation of your request at it’s end, they shall confirm your refund via e-mail. d. If your request is valid, your money will be refunded within 10-15 days of your submission of details. Under the circumstances, that we find your request to be invalid, our representative would get in touch with you for further clarity and try to resolve the issue.

Jurisdiction - Any dispute regarding the refund shall be discussed between the parties for a mutual settlement. If it does not get settled within 15 days of raising, such dispute, any claim, controversy of any kind between you and Housegroom Website/ Mobile App must be resolved by final and binding arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Access or Justice Institute. For any issue with the Arbitral Award, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to handle any such issues. Notwithstanding anything to the above, the maximum liability of the Platform to any Customer would not exceed the amount which the Customer has paid on the Platform for a Service, which is under dispute.

Change in these Terms and Conditions We reserve the right in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you to add to, remove or otherwise change these terms, including without limitation. We will post an updated version of these terms on the Housegroom Website/Mobile App, and you will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use Housegroom App after the date such changes are posted.
